Easy exercises to reduce back pain
Have you been suffering from excruciating back pain? You will come across some one or the other suffering from back pain some time or the other in their life. So how does one get rid of it? Most of us would say merely by treating it. However, treating just the pain would give short term relief and would not solve the cause from its roots.
Simple and easy 7 minute back exercise can help eliminate the issue. These exercises help keep the back fit and make it strong. Make these exercises a part of your routine to keep pain at bay.

1. The hamstring floor stretch.
Hold for 30 seconds twice for each leg.
2. Knee to chest stretch.
This helps strengthen and relax your glutes. Hold for 20 seconds for each leg twice.
3. Spinal stretch.
This was a favorite of mine when I suffered sciatica. Hold for 20 seconds and repeat on the other knee. Do this as many times as you like but don’t overdo it.
