The only way we can keep healthy is by eating healthy foods. That is why it is ideal to find ways to make your favorite treat healthy in all aspects. Here is how I replaced unhealthy smoothies with healthy ones.

I got an enormous amount of blueberries in my freezer which lucky for me; frostbite had not destroyed them. I played with a range of other healthy super foods, and the result was amazing.

Blueberry Flax Superfood Smoothie

Ingredients
•1 cup blueberries, frozen
•1 Tablespoon flax seed, ground
•Handful of spinach
•¼ cup full-fat Greek yogurt, I used vanilla
•1 cup coconut milk or any kind of milk

Instructions
1.Place all ingredients in a blender or magic bullet. Mix until smooth.
