Kelly is a fitness junky! She loves to be outdoors doing one of her many favorite activities such as running, hiking, horseback riding, kayaking and walking. She works hard balancing her career in health and her active lifestyle.


Cross country runner at heart. I ran during my high school and college days. I continue to run but I have recently become obsessed with everything "natural". From natural remedies to clean eating. I belief to have worthy health you must not consume any processed products.


Max is a Corporate Wellness expert who specializes in designing corporate health initiatives, identifying fitness industry trends, and writing exercise/nutrition content for mainstream publications. Max is the author of, "The Coachella Diet" and is a frequent speaker at fitness industry events, such as the ECA World Fitness OBOW Conference.

Dr. Stephens

Dr. Stephens graduated near the top of his class at one of the top Ivy League schools. He is extremely passionate about educating others about the importance of health. He regularly walks 10 miles every week outside his home in Colorado.


My friends call me the "foodie" of the group.  I have always loved food, especially anything that grows out of the ground. I am a regular juicer that loves to explore new juicing recipes.
